Schwarz was Dean of the master class of graphic design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. His works are in the possession of several important museums incl.: Museum for Applied Arts Vienna, Albertina Vienna, Kunstgewerbemuseum Zurich, Switzerland, Victoria & Albert Museum, National Museum Warsaw, Staatliches Museum für Angewandte Kunst Munich, Carpenter Center, havard University, Cambridge and many others. Schwarz participated in several biennales and held a number of solo shows in Austria and Europe.
